GROUP-A
১. সংশ্লিষ্ট বিধানাবলী উল্লেখপূর্বক উদাহরণসহ ‘রেস সাবজুডিস’ এবং ‘রেস জুডিকাটা’ এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য নিরূপন করুন। [Distinguish between ‘res sub judice and res judicata with illustrations with reference to the relevant provisions.]
২. সংশ্লিষ্ট আইন উল্লেখপূর্বক উদাহরণসহ রেসটিটিউশন ব্যাখ্যা করুন। [Explain restitution with an example with reference to the relevant law.]
GROUP-B
৩. কোন চুক্তিসমূহ সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে বলবৎ করা যেতে পারে এবং কোন চুক্তিসমূহ সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে বলবৎ করা নাও যেতে পারে? বিশদভাবে আলোচনা করুন।[Which contracts may be specifically enforced and which contracts may not be specifically enforced? Discuss in detail.]
৪. (ক) এক ব্যক্তি আপনার নিকট এসে জানায় যে, তাকে তার জমি থেকে বেদখল করা হয়েছে এবং তিনি উক্ত জমি পুনরুদ্ধার করতে চান। আপনি সুনির্দিষ্ট প্রতিকার আইন, ১৮৭৭ এর ৯ ধারা অনুযায়ী উক্ত জমির দখল পুনরুদ্ধারের জন্য মামলা দায়েরের সিদ্ধান্ত নেন। আপনি তার কাছে কি কি বিষয় জেনে আরজিতে অন্তর্ভূক্ত করবেন? [(a) A person comes to you and alleges that he was dispossessed from his land and wants to recover possession thereof. You decide to file a suit under section 9 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877 for recovery of possession of the land. What points will you ascertain from him and embody in the plaint?]
(খ) উপরোক্ত মোকদ্দমায় বিবাদী তার লিখিত জবাবে উল্লেক করেন যে, বিরোধীয় জমিতে তার স্বত্ব রয়েছে কারণ তিনি উক্ত জমি প্রকৃত মালিকের নিকট থেকে ক্রয় করেছেন। বিবাদীর এই যুক্তি আপনি কিভাবে খণ্ডন করবেন? [(b) In his written statement in the above-mentioned suit, the defendant sets up a plea that he has title to the land as a purchaser from the real owner. How will you meet this plea of the defendant? ]

৫. ১৮৯৮ সালের ফৌজদারি কার্যবিধি অনুযায়ী দায়রা জজ ও হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের রিভিশনের ক্ষমতা আলোচনা করুন। রিভিশন আদালত কি খালাসের আদেশ রদপূর্বক শাস্তি প্রদান করতে পারেন? [Discuss the revisional power of the Sessions Judge as well as the High Court Division as per the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898. Can a revisional court convert a finding of acquittal into one of conviction?]
৬. পুলিশ ডায়রি কি? একজন তদন্তকারী কর্মকর্তা কি কি বিষয়সমূহ পুলিশ ডায়রিতে অন্তর্ভূক্ত করেন? তদন্তকারী কর্মকর্তার নিকট হতে পুলিশ ডায়রি তলবের বিষয়ে একজন আসামী কি আদালতে কোনো আবেদন করতে পারেন? যদি না পারেন, কেন? [ What is police diary? What matters are entered in it by an Investigating Officer? Can an accused make any application to the court calling for the police diary from the custody of the Investigating Officer? If not, why?]

৭. সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয় উল্লেখপূর্বক উদাহরণসহ সাধারণ অভিপ্রায় ও সাধারণ উদ্দেশ্যের মধ্যে পার্থক্য নিরূপণ করুন। [Distinguish between ‘common intention and common object’ with examples citing the relevant provisions of law.]

৯. আইনগত অক্ষমতা কি? তামাদির ওপর প্রতারণার প্রভাব সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করুন। [What is legal disability? Discuss the effect of fraud on limitation.]
১০. (ক) ১৮৭২ সনের স্বাক্ষ্য আইনের সংশ্লিষ্ট বিধানাবলী উল্লেখপূর্বক স্বীকার, স্বীকারোক্তি ও মৃত্যুকালীন ঘোষণার ব্যাখ্যা বিশ্লেষণ করুন। [.(a) Explain and illustrate admission, confession and dying declaration mentioning the relevant provisions of the Evidence Act, 1972.]
(খ) জনাব শওকত অবিভক্ত পৈত্রিক বসতবাড়ির একজন অন্যতম মালিক। ঐ বাড়ীতে তার অংশ তিনি তার Siblings কে ভোগ করতে দিয়ে ১০ বছর যাবত জাপানে অবস্থান করছেন। বাড়ী ফিরে তিনি তার অংশ দাবী করা থেকে কি বারিত হবেন? আপনার উত্তরের পোষকতায় যুক্তি প্রদর্শন করুন। [ (b) Mr. Shawkat, a co-owner of an undivided paternal homestead, has been living in Japan tor about ten (10) years allowing his share thereof to be enjoyed by his siblings.
